We understand that when you are designing your bespoke piece, whether that be an engagement ring or otherwise, that you may want to meet several times before finalising your design and/or materials – and this is perfectly okay! 

The process is quite easy. Getting in contact with us, you are speaking with the designer and manufacturer direct. Transparency is at the heart of all our communications. During your personalised consult we will guide you through the design you are seeking and help you make key choices along the way based on over 21 years in diamonds and jewellery. 

We work with various types of materials ranging from precious materials such as sterling silver, 9ct, 14ct, 18ct and platinum to other materials for wedding bands like titanium and zirconium. We are guided by your budget and will steer you in the right direction for the highest quality with durability. 

Don’t know yours or your love’s ring size? Have a look at our sizing guide. Otherwise, during your consultation, your accurate ring size will be taken. For grooms to be who are planning a total surprise, bring along a ring that your love wears on the correct finger and we can assist you further in sizing this.

Our diamonds and gemstones are sourced personally and every care is taken to ensure the highest quality stones are utilised. What is unique about Sireli is that we have been in the industry intimately for well over 21 years on the trade and manufacturing side and so our clientele has access to the largest worldwide diamond and gemstone database that rivals anything offered elsewhere.

We work only with certified diamonds, natural and lab-grown. We take great pride in inspecting each and every diamond that we source. Your diamond will have an inscription that reflects the certification that you will receive, including every characteristic and quality of the diamond. 

We are proud to offer you access to both:

• Lab-Grown diamonds 

We can work in with your preferred timeframe. Let us know at your first consultation when you are planning to propose, or when your special piece will be required and we will make every effort to satisfy this request. 

Our bespoke pieces usually require a minimum timeframe of 2-4 weeks from design approval to delivery.

International and interstate shipping generally requires at least 3-5 days in addition to the above  production timeframe, however we can discuss this further to work in with your specific requirements.  

Fine jewellery should be treated with great care, including regular cleaning and annual check-ups.  

We offer polishing and plating services as well as check-up consultations. For your professional clean or checkup, please book a consultation. During this consult we can also look specifically at any resizing and other maintenance requirements for you.
